Jessica and Dr. Cote have been such an invaluable resource for a dog like our Moose. Ever since he was a puppy we had a hard time with vet visits with him until Jess stepped in. It has been such a rewarding experience seeing the improvements Moose has made with simple vet visits. The vet and vet techs couldn't even get near him to perform any routine evaluations or shots but today he runs out of the car up to Jess happy to start his conditioning work. I've learned a ton as well about his body language and behaviors which has been very important for me in making him feel safe. Even though he still has some work, Jess and Dr. Cote's patience and care show no limits and their commitment to his well being is all I need as a pet owner. I'd follow them to wherever they are to keep Moose in his safe environment they've provided!
